ReadyOC is a partnership of Orange County government resources, with the goal of delivering emergency preparedness information from reliable sources, preserving the highest level of information integrity. ReadyOC serves all residents, businesses, and agencies of Orange County, California.

While useful emergency preparedness information is our prime mission, and ReadyOC makes every reasonable effort to assure accuracy, we can not be held responsible for errors or omissions or any damage resulting from the use or misuse of information found on or through this site.
ReadyOC may occasionally include content from academic or commercial sources if, in our opinion, we believe it to be of value and complimentary to our mission. In the event we include information from academic, commercial or other non-government sources, we will make every attempt to identify that information as such. ReadyOC respects your privacy, and does not capture or disclose personally identifyable user data.
As a course of normal network operations, our servers log incoming traffic to maintain performance, monitor network security and perform generic statistical analysis to guide content development. ReadyOC may under some circumstances set cookies in order to enhance the user's experience but does not capture or retain any personally identifyable data as a consequence. ReadyOC, the management, employees and consultants assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever to respond to or act on email sent to their domains, however, reasonable effort will be made to protect the privacy and confidentiality of any email received, unless limited disclosure is required to act in the best interest of the sender or if required by law at the sole discretion of ReadyOC.
