Overview ReadyOC Wants You! Opportunities Contact Us

ReadyOC is a ground breaking campaign and there are so many ways to get involved. We want to go the extra step and make your organization’s involvement as seamless as possible. Get involved. How? There are two easy ways to make this possible.

Employee Outreach

Your employees not only work in Orange County, but they may also live here. Another way your company, as a corporate partner can make a difference is to help deliver the Ready OC messages to this captive audience. Of the 3 million OC residents, many also work here. The company’s internal communication methods can be an effective tool that can be tapped.

External Communications

Underwriting of campaign materials

Printing and production costs for campaign material won’t materialize out of thin air. This is where you can truly make a difference in helping the campaign – be the benefactor that underwrites the campaign brochures, posters, direct mail pieces, and other tools! This also means a nice placement for your company on the material you help underwrite.

In-kind contributions

Is that media buy on channel 4 one of the many air-time-buys you made? Is that your company’s signage at the local grocery store? If so, would it be possible to borrow these assets temporarily for this campaign? If your company has other in-kind donations that can be made, this is where you become a valuable partner in the campaign. We welcome and consider all assets you may have. Sometimes, what you may think as back-of-the-eye-lids stuff can be precious gold for this campaign!

Inclusion in existing company communications

If you’re a cell phone service provider, a utility company, a bank, or any other business, there are existing methods by which you reach your customer base or your key audience. Help spread the Ready OC message by including the campaign logo, slogan, or even detailed instructions on emergency preparedness into a bill, a marketing piece or a television spot.
